The three day conference will focus on known and emergent chemical and microbial contaminants which affect food safety all along the farm to fork chain. The conference is organised by the Institute of Food Science and Technology of Ireland (IFSTI), Teagasc and the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST).
The comprehensive conference programme includes talks and workshops from both industry and regulatory bodies such as the FSAI, WHO, United States Department of Agriculture, Cargill Food and Unilever.
