Creme Global are leaders in Data Science services and software and have a global reputation in the Food, Nutrition, Cosmetics and Chemicals sectors, serving both private and public organisations. As part of our expansion in these and indeed other sectors, we are seeking an ambitious Business/Marketing graduate to join the Commercial Team and actively assist in the growth of our business.


The graduate will be mentored by an experienced business team and actively contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives in lead generation, new business development, account management and customer care.

Full induction and training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate gets the best possible start to their business career. The graduate is expected to learn quickly and have an impact on company growth over the 18 months of the placement.



  • Lead Generation - work with marketing and business development colleagues in identifying potential leads and opportunities for business growth
  • Outbound Sales - systematically follow up on leads to maximise opportunities for sales of Creme Global services and software
  • Sales Growth - work with the business team to negotiate and close business deals
  • Customer Care - proactively work to ensure exceptional customer care and client satisfaction.



  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with a genuine interest in client needs and customer satisfaction
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
  • Interest in Human Health, Nutrition and Consumer Safety is desirable
