The Creme Global Reformulation Project - Better Science, Better Food, Better Lifestyle

We were delighted to present at the recent Nutrition and Health Foundation’s (NHF) annual seminar, where the theme this year was ‘Better Science, Better Food, Better Lifestyle’. Amongst some very interesting talks on the day from Irish food service providers, government bodies and professional athletes, Aileen Connolly presented on the Creme Global Reformulation Project, a groundbreaking body of work which we are currently running in conjunction with Food and Drink Industry Ireland (FDII). This project aims to answer the question “What are the effects of product reformulation on Irish consumers’ nutrient intakes?”.
